GENERAL DESCRIPTION
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage daily warehouse operations: maintain safety, cleanliness, and enforce OSHA compliance.
- Oversee inventory management: receiving, inspecting, tracking, and distributing items.
- Coordinate deliveries and logistics to ReStore locations and rebuilding sites.
- Collaborate with staff/volunteers and assist with training, documentation/and reporting.
SUMMARY OF JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug test, 75 lb. physical lift test, background check, authorization, and a driving record check.
- Must have access to reliable transportation to perform job duties, a valid CA Driver’s License, and meet the state-required amount of personal automobile liability insurance.
- Proven experience in managing warehouse logistics and daily operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards.
- Experience with inventory systems (receiving, inspecting, tracking, and distributing goods).
- Experience in training or supervising team members.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, loading/unloading goods, and standing for long periods.
- Previous work with nonprofits or emergency/disaster response operations is a plus.
WORK CONDITIONS
- Frequently it is required to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
- May occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. alone, team lift 100 lbs.
- Frequent movement around the office/warehouse/ReStore may be necessary.
- Regular work with computers, including keyboards, mouses, and screens.
- Working conditions consist of high temperature-controlled workspaces.
- Noise levels are moderate to loud depending on the work area.

COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $23.00/hr.- $25.00/hr
