Information Session (Cost: Free)
Information sessions give prospective participants an opportunity to learn more about Pathways to Homeownership, our first-time homebuyer education course. This is a 30-minute webinar followed by a 15-minute Q&A session.

6-part workshop series: (Cost: $50 per person/pair)
Standard format of the Pathways to Homeownership curriculum wherein each of the six (6) topics (parts) are offered individually by Habitat staff and
spaced out over an extended period of time. Each segment is approximately 1hr15mins. Includes complimentary 1-1 housing counseling session,
which is mandatory for course completion certificate.

Scholarships
- Scholarships are available for the Pathways to Homeownership 6-part workshop series only.
- Applicants must attend an Information Session (virtual or in-person) before applying and will receive application details after
attendance is confirmed. - Scholarships are awarded by lottery, and recipients who do not complete the course would not be eligible to reapply except
for extenuating circumstances . - Late applications will not be processed but may be considered for future courses.

8-hour Homebuyer Education Workshop (Cost: $65 per person/pair)
- Accelerated format of the Pathways to Homeownership curriculum offering all six (6) course segments in one day, presented by industry professionals.
- Deadline to register is the Wednesday prior to the event, and course link and materials will be emailed to after registration closes.
- Scholarships are not available for these workshops. Includes complimentary 1-1 housing counseling session.
