Crew Leader Training
Crew Leader Training is ideal for anyone who has construction experience. Crew leader training classes prepare skilled volunteers to lead crews of unskilled volunteers on our construction sites.
Crew Leaders in training will learn valuable leadership skills and practice teaching and coaching others. The course is taught by people who have spent years volunteering on our construction sites in leadership roles with Habitat LA.
Participant Qualifications
- Residential construction skills and experience.
- Excellent people skills.
- A commitment to volunteering as a crew leader with Habitat LA at least two volunteer days per month.
When: Habitat LA staff are currently developing a new curriculum for this program. If you are interested in becoming a Habitat LA crew leader, please fill out the application below. We will contact you via email when the next class becomes available.
Where: Habitat LA construction sites throughout greater Los Angeles.
