The LA Galaxy team came out to Lynwood on Wednesday to kick-off their 20 For Twenty campaign with Habitat for Humanity of Greater LA (Habitat LA)!
Habitat LA was joined by the team’s President Chris Klein, Academy Director Pete Vagenas, Assistant Coach Kenny Arena, the Galaxy staff, the Galaxy Star Squad, as well as Galaxy players Gyasi Zardes and Rafael Garcia. The LA Galaxy’s mascot, Cozmo, even came out on the site to help build!
The group installed drywall and painted a track of homes on Magnolia Ave. Families have already been selected as partner homebuyers. Habitat LA was thrilled to work with the well-rounded, hardworking and humble group at LA Galaxy!
