Los Angeles, CA – May 31, 2017: For the fourth consecutive year, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (Habitat LA) was named as one of the Los Angeles Business Journal’s List of Top 25 Residential Developers in Los Angeles. This year Habitat LA was ranked number 22, up one spot from last year’s ranking of number 23. Additionally, Habitat LA is the only nonprofit builder in the Top 25.

The Top 25 largest residential developers in Los Angeles are ranked by units sold in L.A. County. In 2016 Habitat LA sold 39 homes, and provided 45 homeowners with health and safety related repairs. In 2017, Habitat LA is on target to complete its 800th home in Los Angeles and serve at least 45 more homeowners, including veterans, with critically needed repairs.
