Erin Rank is the President & CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (Habitat LA). Over the last 23 years, Erin has helped transform the affordable housing landscape in Los Angeles through sustainable development and construction projects during challenging real estate markets, including the construction of new housing and preserving existing housing stock through repairs and rehabilitations. Through her vision and leadership, Habitat LA is the only non-profit to be named in the Top 25 Residential Developers in LA four years in a row, and one of the top Habitat affiliates nationwide. In the past 10 years, she has overseen the development of $50 million in real estate with another $60 million under development.
As a well-respected female CEO, she has helped to create opportunities for women empowerment, in a variety of ways, including helping single mothers qualify to buy their first home and build long-term financial stability. Erin has also served in broader leadership positions including being a Board member of Housing California, Vice-Chair of Habitat International’s U.S. Council, and as a member of Pepperdine University’s Social Entrepreneurship and Change Advisory Board.
