Emergency Network Los Angeles-ENLA represents a network of nonprofits that enhances and supports the recovery of communities after an emergency incident. Access to non-profits aiding residents impacted by disasters. Services may range from humanitarian relief, planning for disaster response to long-term recovery and assistance programs.
Accelerator Fund-Designed to help households reduce the time to re-occupancy by covering needs not met by FEMA or their insurance company. Grants of up to $10,000 per household help cover costs like air and soil testing, insurance reviews, utility connection costs and permit fees and do not need to be repaid.
