Thank you for your interest in an intern position with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (Habitat LA). Interns help with the areas of Habitat LA that are beyond the construction site such as working in the business office or ReStore. They are a vital part of the work of Habitat.

Frequently Asked Questions
Interns must be at least 16 years of age, however other requirements may apply based upon the position.
Interns work between 10 – 20 hours a week.
Interns receive valuable experience, but generally do not receive monetary compensation.  Because of this, applicants MUST receive course credit in order to be considered for an internship.

If you will not be able to receive course credit for an internship, we encourage you to serve in a comparable capacity as a volunteer.
