Homeownership Resource Fair Registration

Homeownership Resource Fair
to learn about Habitat for Humanity programs and services for current and potential homeowners.

Choose from a host of workshops conducted by HFH GLA, financial and home preservation experts at this FREE Fair where hopeful homebuyers will be provided with valuable information to help them achieve their dreams and existing homeowners, including our veteran community, will be empowered with resources, to help them improve their current situations. There will be something for everyone!

The homebuyer program information will be offered in English and Spanish.

- See if you qualify for a Habitat home.

- Learn about Habitat’s Mortgage Assistance and Home Repair programs.

- Attend workshops on credit, banking, energy efficiency programs and more!

- Learn about the Habitat for Heroes program for Veterans.

- And best of all…it’s FREE!

TWO SESSIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE SO REGISTER FOR ONE TODAY!

Morning Session: 9:00am – 12:00pm

Afternoon Session: 1:00pm – 4:00pm

Door prize drawings every hour for all registered attendees!

To get the greatest benefit from the Fair, we ask that you make arrangements for child care.

If you have already attended a Habitat orientation, have a completed application and would like to meet with a lender to see if you qualify, please bring the following items:
1. Current paycheck stub, plus All of January 2012 and All paycheck stubs for December 2011  
2. Signed Federal Tax returns for 2009, 2010 and 2011 (all pages)
3. W2’s or 1099  for  2009, 2010 and 2011 (if available)
4. Checking, Saving, CD, IRA, 401k and misc assets statement–December & January Statements
5. Copy of Social Security Card and/or Government Issued photo ID
